About the Role

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote engagement open to candidates worldwide. The role focuses on reviewing AI-generated accounting outputs, checking financial statements, and assessing the accuracy of journal entries and month-end closing processes. The position suits professionals with hands-on accounting or financial planning and analysis experience who can evaluate financial information carefully and communicate their findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and reliability.
• Review financial statements and assess the accuracy of reported financial information.
• Check journal entries for accounting accuracy.
• Review month-end close processes to assess their accuracy and completeness.
• Apply financial accounting knowledge to evaluate outputs involving accounting systems and financial workflows.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• English communication skills at B2 level or above.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles and the ability to review accounting information accurately.

Preferred Qualifications / Relevant Systems

Experience with one or more of the following accounting and financial systems is highly valued: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
