Role Overview: We are seeking a Financial Account Manager who embodies dedication, precision, and a forward-thinking mindset. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the financial frameworks of our diverse clientele across various sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Financial Management: Lead the setup and ongoing management of financial administrations, aligning with Dutch and international financial regulations.
• Strategic Client Support: Serve as the primary financial contact for clients, offering strategic advice on their Dutch and international entities' financial operations.
• Comprehensive Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation and timely filing of statutory annual accounts, periodic financial reports, and VAT filings.
• Collaborative Expertise: Work with a multidisciplinary team of accountants, lawyers, and support staff for a holistic client service approach.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance and reporting.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates.
• Identify opportunities to enhance account performance with additional services or products.
• Conduct financial analysis and planning for clients.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and statements.
• Advise clients on investment strategies, risk management, and financial planning.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in accounting or financial management, managing financials for various companies as clients.
• Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in Dutch VAT, Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and financial software.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in English.
