IT Support Specialist | Amsterdam
Are you an IT support professional who enjoys solving problems and helping people?
We are looking for someone to provide day-to-day IT support to approximately 150 users in an international office in Amsterdam. You will also remotely support colleagues in Germany by phone and email.
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar position
- Comfortable troubleshooting general hardware, software and user-access issues
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Fluent English and intermediate Dutch is preferred
- Based in or within commuting distance of Amsterdam
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
💰 Salary: €3,000–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
