Junior Investor Relations Analyst (m/f/x)

We’re TIP Group – a proud Great Place to Work – and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Investor Relations Analyst to join our team for the period of 1 year. This position is a fixed-term maternity leave cover.

What You’ll Be Doing
️ Dealing directly with ABS lenders, third parties, and strategic stakeholders, while supporting impactful presentations to funders and banks
️ Managing day-to-day ABS tasks (including Servicer Reports) and collaborating closely with regional teams across Risk, Tax, and Accounting
️ Supporting regional functions through the entire lifecycle of ABS leases, from initial inception to going concern and end-of-life
️ Providing hands-on support to the wider treasury and finance teams to scale, optimize, and grow the overall ABS program
️ Developing insightful recurring and ad-hoc analytics to help the ELT strategically manage and steer the ABS structure
️ Ensuring strict compliance with local regulations and internal TIP policies and procedures to maximize our senior loan facility
️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input

What You’ll Bring
️ 1-3 years experience within Corporate Finance, Treasury, or Investor Relations, with a strong background or deep interest in Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)
️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to confidently interface with international banks, lenders, and internal leadership
️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex financial data into sharp, actionable insights and presentations
️ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and internal policy compliance within a financial or leasing environment
️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
