**Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Transport & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer requests, arranging and booking transport services in the company's operating system, and coordinating shipments from the initial request through to final delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment where timing and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Process transport requests, gather shipment details, respond to inquiries, and maintain effective communication with customers and partners.

• Transport Bookings: Enter requests, quotations, and orders into the operating system, ensuring all shipment details and documents are accurate.

• Shipment Coordination: Arrange collections and deliveries, monitor shipments, and ensure deadlines are met.

Problem Solving: Handle urgent shipments, communicate delays, resolve transport issues, and keep customers updated on delivery status.**
