## About the Role

Spilberg IT Dev Careers, part of Vibe Group, is seeking a .NET Developer who is passionate about innovation, software development, and building scalable solutions. You will work as part of an ambitious, self-organizing Scrum team developing a modern recruitment suite used by professionals every day.

The platform combines smart features and integrations with a simple user experience and follows **API-first, mobile-first, security-by-design, and privacy-by-design** principles. You will contribute to a robust, scalable architecture while working with modern cloud, containerization, and microservices technologies.

## Key Responsibilities

* Build and develop modern online software products.

* Contribute to the development of a scalable and robust software architecture.

* Develop solutions designed to support multiple customers.

* Work collaboratively within a self-organizing Scrum team.

* Build and maintain APIs and integrations using modern development practices.

* Contribute to API-first, mobile-first, security-by-design, and privacy-by-design solutions.

* Work with cloud-native technologies, microservices, containers, and serverless functions.

* Continuously identify opportunities to make products and systems smarter, faster, and more effective.

* Contribute technical expertise and value beyond development tasks to support the wider team.

## Required Qualifications

* Experience building online software products.

* Ability to develop scalable solutions suitable for multiple customers.

* Extensive experience working in a self-organizing Scrum team.

* Strong software development skills and the ability to contribute meaningful value to a development team.

* Excellent command of **Dutch**, both spoken and written.

* **HBO-level working and thinking ability**.
