About Mitrofresh
Mitrofresh is an international company involved in the production, import and export of Asian food products. We specialise in exotic mushrooms, among other products. From our locations in the Netherlands, Kosovo and China, we work with customers and suppliers around the world.
The role
You will support our commercial team remotely, helping to maintain existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Staying in touch with customers and business partners by phone, email and online meetings;
- Responding to customer enquiries and following up on orders;
- Identifying sales opportunities and helping to grow our customer base;
- Keeping customer information and commercial agreements up to date;
- Working closely with colleagues across the commercial team.
We will tailor the role to your experience and the needs of the team.
About you
You are a confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and can manage your work independently. You also have:
- Ideally, at least three years of sales experience with fresh products ;
- Good spoken and written Chinese or Vietnamese , as well as English. Speaking both Chinese and Vietnamese is a plus;
- A hands-on, commercially focused approach;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively from a remote location.
