🏢 What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Project Manager Software Services, you lead software projects for life sciences clients and help steer the center of excellence. Your role has two parts: billable project work and center of excellence support.

Billable (80%)

• Lead software projects end to end , from preparation and project design to implementation and follow-up, for applications such as software systems, SaMD and mobile apps.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, resources and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping goals and expectations aligned.
• Oversee project deliverables and make sure they meet GxP, data integrity and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the implementation of QbD’s quality management software at client sites.
• Guide the consultants on your projects and represent QbD Group during client and internal audits.

Centor of excellence support (20%)

• Report to the Global Head of Software Services and help shape the center of excellence's direction.
• Support RFPs, from scoping and solution design to estimates and proposals.
• Attend SteerCos for different projects.
• Coach less experienced PMs and help them grow in client and project leadership.
• Provide coaching and training to colleagues in the center of excellence, and share your knowledge and best practices.

💪 What you bring

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing software or digitalization projects.
• Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry .
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV/CSA, data integrity and regulated software environments .
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholders .
• Strong client-facing and communication skills .
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coaching junior colleagues.
• Fluent in English and Dutch .

Nice to have

• Experience with SaMD, digital health solutions or mobile applications.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
