Our ambition? To double in size. As a Talent Attraction Consultant , you’ll play a key role in making that happen. You’ll find and inspire the people who will help Amoria Bond grow, while sharing in that success through commission and participation in our sales incentives.

What will you do?

You’ll recruit new colleagues for Amoria Bond, from people considering their first step into recruitment to experienced recruiters ready for their next challenge.

You’ll proactively connect with candidates, understand what motivates them and help them decide whether a career with us is right for them. Working closely with our hiring managers, you’ll support candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding and approaching candidates through LinkedIn, your network and other channels.
• Having exploratory conversations that go beyond the CV.
• Giving candidates an honest and engaging picture of the role, opportunities and expectations.
• Working with hiring managers to keep the recruitment process moving.
• Bringing fresh ideas to how we attract talent and build our employer brand.

Who are we looking for?

You connect easily with people, ask thoughtful questions and enjoy working towards a clear result. You’re comfortable approaching someone who hasn’t heard of us, stay curious when you hear “no” and follow through on your conversations.

You’ll also:

• Speak and write fluent Dutch and communicate confidently in English.
• Enjoy working towards clear goals and taking ownership of your results.
• Be organised and comfortable managing several conversations and applications at once.
• Have an interest in recruitment and what motivates people to change jobs.

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales or another commercial, customer-facing role is welcome. You don’t need to have held this exact job title before. We’re interested in the experience, energy and skills you bring.
