Technology Delivery & Implementation Lead

For an international organisation with a clear social purpose, we are looking for an experienced Technology Delivery & Implementation Lead who knows how to turn technology initiatives into solutions that work in practice and deliver real business value.

Working across our European businesses, you will lead technology implementations from planning through rollout and into business-as-usual. You will connect business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and local teams, ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively and adopted by the people who use them.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong delivery skills with an understanding of business processes, people and change. You don't just track progress from the sidelines. You take ownership, remove obstacles and make things happen.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions, translating agreed objectives into clear delivery plans and milestones.
• Coordinate business, technology, vendor and local teams, managing dependencies, risks and priorities.
• Involve users early through workshops, pilots and testing to ensure solutions meet real business needs.
• Integrate change management, user readiness, communications and training into implementation plans from the outset.
• Drive rollout, adoption and post-launch improvement, ensuring solutions become part of everyday operations.
• Monitor usage, feedback and business outcomes, turning insights into practical improvements.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, implementation management, digital transformation or business change.
• A proven track record of leading technology implementations from planning through rollout and operational handover.
• Experience working across business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.
• A practical understanding of change management, user adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong delivery, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to drive decisions and resolve blockers.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach, combining structure and accountability with flexibility.
• A focus on outcomes: successful implementations, effective adoption and measurable business value.
• Experience with enterprise software, digital platforms, AI-enabled solutions or complex business processes is an advantage.
