About The Role As a Weekend manager at Gina Tricot, you will play an important role on our weekends. Your duties include constantly driving sales together with your team and ensuring that we always deliver a good experience for our customers.

WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for you who are an outgoing, proactive and positive person who is passionate about fashion and sales. You will be the person with overall responsibility for operations during the weekend. You will set the plan for the day and motivate the team to work towards the weekend’s goals. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you always put the customer in focus. You are a natural leader and will maintain close communication with the Store manager. In addition, you are a team player who is flexible with working hours and can work during weekends and intensive periods such as Christmas.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or sales
• Passion for fashion and trends
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Flexible working hours
